2018-19 Season Preview

The 2018-19 season starts September 28th when the Colonials Travel to Philadelphia.

Bedford, Mass. --- Labor day weekend has come and gone. You know what that means? Hockey season is just around the corner. The EWHC enters their second season of action and will hold 5 showcases this season in addition to several non-showcase regular season games.  The first league showcase, hosted by Ontario Hockey Academy, will take place October 6th and 7th.

Both Ontario Hockey Academy teams look to continue their dominance this season with the Tardiff looking to defend their title and the Juniors look to settle the score after loosing to their Canadian sisters in the championship game a season ago.

Also in the mix are the Walpole Express, led by reigning Coach of the Year Danielle Doherty. They ended the regular season strong proving to be a tough opponent and look to remain strong this season. The Northern  Cyclones look to reclaim the crown after exiting the playoffs in the semifinal round while the Wizards, now managed by Hayley Moore, look to improve their record from last season. 

The EWHC also welcomes in two new franchises to the mix as the Philadelphia Junior Flyers and New Jersey Colonials joined the conference this offseason. Last season the Junior Flyers fielded a team in the Silver Division as a showcase partner but this season have committed to the full season schedule for 2018. On the other hand the Colonials 

The 2018 season is set to start on September 29th when the Colonials travel to the Junior Flyers for a weekend double header.
